We used the XRS2D50 to image the digestive system of Drosophila melanogaster in both the pupal and adult stage of life.  We were extremely impressed with the images the XRS2D50 provided. We do not know of any other microscope system that gives you the ability to see the inside of an animal without destroying the animal and do this in real time.
